ESMT is offering a Full-time MBA, an Executive MBA, and executive education:

ESMT offers a number of merit-based scholarships.[2]
The one-year Full-time MBA consists of two phases. During the first seven months, the focus lies on management competences, while leadership challenges are tackled during the following five months. Classes are held exclusively in English. The partner companies are actively involved in the know-how exchange, and real-life projects enrich the MBA program. In addition to an academic mentor, each student has a company mentor who supports the student’s personal development.
Admissions
Prerequisites for participating in the Full-time MBA are a strong first degree and at least three years of work experience. Furthermore, the candidate is asked to hand in two letters of recommendation as well as four essays. Applicants must also provide GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) results and demonstrate very good English skills. The final selection is made after a personal interview of the candidate by a member of the ESMT faculty.
Career Services
ESMT offers career counseling, workshops, and recruitment events for its corporate network to support its MBA students in finding a job after graduation. In 2009 93% percent of the MBA full-time class reported having a job within three months after graduation.[3]
ESMT's Executive MBA, started in autumn 2007, runs for 21 months, and graduates are awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration. The program is held in English. It focuses on International Management and Technology & Innovation.
The EMBA is made up of residential modules and web-enabled study. During the entire program, participants meet at one of ESMT’s campuses and at other locations. The program also includes one international field seminar.
Admission requirements include an undergraduate degree, several years of practical work experience as well as management experience. Applicants also have to submit GMAT results. The final step of the admissions process is an interview.

The renovation was supervised by the German architect Hans-Günter Merz. The main foyer is accessible to the public, and ESMT offers guided tours on the last Friday of each month.
